Accreditation Manager^© software is the Web-Based Information Management System designed to assist Accreditation Managers with tracking the status of standards and compliance efforts.

Costs

• $300 annual maintenance fee. 

Security

• The level of security is the same as sites where credit card numbers are entered.
• Each Accreditation Manager has the main password for their agency, with administrative rights to issue passwords to other users and specify read/write privileges on an individual basis.
• Agencies/Facilities can honor public records requests by providing hard copies of documents available from Accreditation Manager^© software.
• The data is maintained through “managed databases,” if the web-based system goes down, all data less a certain number of hours would be available.  Down time would be “quite rare,” but no more than any other website on the internet.
